❗️New Trainer Alert❗️

Hi! My name is Savannah Baker, and I recently graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. My passion for health, performance, and helping others reach their goals has led me to gain experience in both research and athletic performance settings.

I have worked in research for over a year at the UK Sports Medicine Research Institute, where I assisted with performance testing for the Kentucky Men’s Basketball team and contributed to research that was approved for publication through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

I am also excited to share that I have been admitted into the University of Kentucky Doctor of Physical Therapy program, where I will continue pursuing my passion for movement science, rehabilitation, and performance.

Whether your goals are strength, confidence, weight loss, athletic performance, or simply feeling healthier day-to-day, I am passionate about helping clients build sustainable habits and feel their best both inside and outside the gym.
