Waitlist Information & Cancellation Policy‼️

✨Classes Before 8:30 AM✨

Cancellations must be made by 9:00 PM the evening before class to avoid a late-cancel penalty.

The waitlist will stop automatically enrolling members at 9:15 PM the evening before class.

If a spot becomes available after 9:15 PM, everyone remaining on the waitlist will receive a text notification.

From there, the spot is first come, first served. Whoever claims the spot first will be enrolled!

✨Classes at or After 8:30 AM✨

Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class to avoid a late-cancel penalty.

Automatic waitlist enrollment will stop 2 hours before class.
If you are automatically enrolled from the waitlist, you will receive a notification at that time.

If you do not plan to attend, please cancel your reservation before heading to bed so another member has the opportunity to take the spot.

The waitlist DOES work!!💙 Thank you for helping us keep classes fair and giving everyone the best opportunity to get into their preferred classes!✨
