Dryland for stormed out practices = tornado position🌪️ . A safety tip from your coaches➡️ indoor pools are not safe to swim in during thunderstorms, especially if there are many windows!

Our first night of Technique Camp was a great success!

Technique Camp is aimed towards Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum groups and continues through next Friday.

WHAT A NIGHT. 🏊‍♂️💙

Last night was Try It Night at Norwin Aqua Club, and the Norwin community showed up in a way we will not forget. 41 swimmers came out to give competitive swimming a shot — packed bleachers, packed deck, and a whole lot of nervous energy that turned into big smiles by the end.

Watching kids climb out of that pool a little taller than when they got in? That's the whole thing right there. That's why we do this.

To every parent, grandparent, and sibling who filled those stands — thank you!

Try It Night is open to ALL families, not just Norwin. We welcome swimmers from Norwin and surrounding communities, whether they’re brand new to competitive swimming or ready for their next challenge.

Meet our NAC coaches, get in the water, find the right group for your swimmer, and meet Coach Bernardi from Norwin Middle & High School Swimming.
