Glenridge Golf Course

Glenridge Golf Course Located near Irene, this course was built on hilly terrain and features water coming into play on eight holes. Carts and clubs are available for rent.

The small greens are well manicured, and the narrow fairways are tree lined. Our mid-length course plays just under 2,600 yards long. We invite you to come and experience golf at Glenridge Golf Course. ing the course and providing the golfers with exceptional playing conditions. Tee times may be made up to seven days in advance by calling 605-263-3546 or stopping by the golf shop. We offer fun golf for leagues, tournaments and group outings. Our driving range facility is located across the road from the clubhouse. The practice facility includes a driving range with 6 pins to shoot at. There is also a chipping and putting green near the clubhouse. Beverages and Food are both available in the clubhouse. Glenridge Golf Course is a family oriented environment with a friendly staff that will make your visit here a pleasant one.

This weeks happenings:

Wednesday 6/3 - Women’s League SHOT GUN start at 5:30. Please be here prior to that to tee off at your designated hole at that time. We will keep an eye on the forecast.

Thursday 6/4 - Men’s League

Friday 6/5 - private tournament 11-5 - no open golf during that time.

Saturday 6/6 - 8in Cup tournament - 9am shotgun start. No open golf until after approximately 3:30pm.

🚨Leagues Updates🚨

Women’s League - starts on 6/3/2026. SHOT GUN START AT 5:30PM! Schedule is posted and print outs available. Food sign up sheet is in the clubhouse also.

Men’s Early League - we dropped a team so there is no longer a “bye” week - you may end up playing teams more than once, also Updated Subs list.

Men’s Late League - same schedule, updated contact info & subs list

Couples League - a team had to drop out so there will now be a bye week for some. Please see the updated schedule on the website or print out in the clubhouse.

First week of league 6/3/2026.

🚨Changes for this year:

SHOT GUN START - There will be NO tee times (time to be confirmed by end of today)

FOOD - we will have a sign up sheet to volunteer bringing food (Glenridge will provide the paper products)

A lot of the rules from last year will still apply - there will be copies at the clubhouse by tomorrow.

Anyone is welcome to stop at the food trucks.

🚨IMPORTANT INFO🚨

Unfortunately, there has been some repeat issues when it comes to not following course rules or golf course etiquette.

Effective Immediately (along with some reminders):

1) anyone 12 or under needs to be accompanied by an adult.
2) You MUST be 14 years of age with a valid drivers license to drive a cart on the course, and reminder - you must be 16 years old with a valid drivers license to rent a cart.
3) if you are allowing someone else to borrow your cart, PLEASE inform us of who is approved to drive it and when. We have had kids taking the wrong member carts.
4) You must check in at the clubhouse prior to teeing off on Hole 1.
5) 4 people to a group only

We want to continue to allow this to be a fun, family friendly course for our members and guests; however disrespectful behavior or not following the rules may result in no longer being allowed at Glenridge Golf Course.

Congratulations to Hadley Nielson & Alana Olsen, along with Coach Van Winkle, from Irene-Wakonda for qualifying for State Golf!

Also Congratulations to the Viborg-Hurley Crew (Brock Frederickson, Jake Austin, Zac Austin, Gabe LaCroix, Coach Hauger and Coach Christeson). Brock won the individual title at the Region Golf meet today at Dell Rapids, Jake Austin finished 4th and the team finished in 2nd place! The V-H team now advances to the State Meet at Brookings Country Club on June 1 & 2.

Great job to all of the golfers!
