The STEPtember step challenge is BACK and open to ALL! 👟

Summer is coming to an end…if you need a little kickstart to get more movement in this fall, September is your month!

➡️ Goal: 10k+ steps per day. Every day in September
➡️ $40 buy in (Venmo or cash)
➡️ Track your steps via your choice of app, share screenshot(s) every Sunday
➡️ EVERYONE who hits their goal gets their money back, plus the rest of the pot gets split among all winners! (Last year we had 3/4ths of our participants who made money! 🤑

This is open to ANYONE who wants to participate (not just F45 members)! Invite your friends, spouses, neighbors, etc. and let’s get walking!

Sometimes all it takes is one little friendly competition like this to spark a habit that sticks. Who knows… maybe STEPtember will be that kickstart for you, too!
