The 2026 season just came to an end and we are already prepping for 2027.

The Corvette has been through a lot in the last 12 years since Bob began racing it. It’s due for a little freshen up to the exterior where the wear and tear has won over the years.

Dzus fasteners out, stickers off, lights out, wing off, and more, and it’s ready for a freshen up. It’ll still be the same great looking scheme when it’s all done, just without the bumps, bruises, bubbles, and cracks.

There’s plenty of work to do this offseason and we look forward to sharing the progress on every job!

The Camaro was put in the trailer for the last time of the season today after round 2. Ryan made a really good run, exactly like he planned but ran into a buzz saw in the other lane. Ryan’s .016 and 10.908 came up short against the .002 and 10.900 of Josh Netherton.

It was a great run with nothing to hang our head on.

It was a great season for both Bob and Ryan. We will recap the season in the weeks to come.

Thanks to everyone who follows, likes, and comments on our race updates each weekend! We really appreciate your support!

We will be working hard this winter to get both racecars ready to go for 2027, and we will keep everyone up to date every step of the way.

It’s the last race of season for the Camaro at IRP this weekend for the NHRA Fall Classic National Open and Ryan kicked Bob out of the seat for a chance to add another diamond Wally to the shelf.

Two times runs yesterday went well and Ryan was able to turn on the round 1 win light this morning to move on.

It’s the last weekend on the track for our team this year in what’s been a great year!

Unfortunately, the sun set on Bob’s weekend after another tough round one loss in race number two of this weekends doubleheader yesterday afternoon.

It wasn’t quite the weekend we had in mind, but that’s how racing can go sometimes. When it’s not your weekend, it’s just not.

We will have the Camaro back out in a few weeks at the fall classic to end the season! It’s been a fun year watching Bob pilot both machines!

Thanks to SR Driven Media for capturing some really cool shots of Bob and the Camaro this weekend. We will be sure to share more of them as time goes on.

It’s Friday here at World Wide Technology Raceway and that means Bob is rolling into a brand new race. There is one time trial on schedule for this morning and round one will take place this afternoon. The conclusion of the event will take place tomorrow.

We are hoping for a solid time trial and a round one win for an invite to race on Saturday!

Race #1 unfortunately came to an early end for Bob today when his round one winlight didn’t come on. A reaction time advantage, but a slower than expected ET was not the recipe for success this morning. His first round 1 loss in Super Street all season.

Eliminations continue to roll on this afternoon and we will start fresh with race #2 tomorrow, and look to end our weekend on a high note on Saturday.

Don’t forget to watch all the racing on NHRA.tv and YouTube!

Thanks to those who cheered us on and wished Bob luck. We will do it all again, starting tomorrow!

It’s day number one here at World Wide Technology Raceway for the final Division 3 Races of the season.

The weather is beautiful and was prime for making horsepower this morning during time run number one.

A smooth 10.880 pass got Bob close this morning, and he has one more shot to qualify for the DRAW/RFC shootout to take place this evening!

The car count is fantastic and it’s set to be a great four days of racing! Bob looks to keep the momentum going from Bowling Green and keep turning on win lights!

Check out what we found in the most recent publishing of National Dragster! Bob and the Camaro got some good print, as all National event winners do.

It won’t be long and the Camaro will be back on track for the doubleheader at World Wide Technology Raceway for the final Division 3 events of the year.

Break on Thursday, watch a little racing Friday, 630 miles trucked home on Saturday, and engine out on Sunday. The heartbeat of the Corvette will be down to Oakley Engine Performance on Monday morning for some fixin’ and a freshen up.

Bob wasn’t messing around and didn’t waste any time starting the repair process. We’ll see if the Corvette makes it out again this year, but this is a good start.

Unfortunately, during the second time run of Race #1 today for Bob in Tulsa, the motor in the Corvette took its final breath of the year. We’re not sure exactly what broke, as Bob hopefully caught it before it got catastrophic, but we won’t know until we get the engine out.

Broken isn’t how Bob wanted to end the weekend, but we are lucky it wasn’t a large parts failure while going down track!

Bob will head home and get the motor pulled out and be first in line at the machine shop this winter and will finish the season out in the Camaro where he still has a few races to go in Super Street!

Thanks to all who have supported Bob and his Super Gas efforts this season! This combo will be back and ready for battle, good as new!
