Jazzy & Coach Trista will be headed to San Jose, California in less than a month! ✈️
We appreciate Wheelwod for hosting a competition with CrossFit that highlights the capabilities of adaptive athletes. 🙌 It does come at a hefty price for these athletes: travel fees, registration, hotels, Uber, food, etc. Many adaptive athletes live on a budgeted income and don’t have high level sponsors so fundraising is their only option.
We are asking for local business to rally behind this IUP graduate and help get her to San Jose! We are selling Team Jazzy t shirts with business logos on the back. $150 logo. Logo deadlines are June 27th!

Shout out to all the affiliate owners/ coaches/ judges that survived online semifinals! 🙌 We had a Masters and Adaptive athlete both in semis and the weekends were back to back. 🫣 Stressful- action packed- but also super fulfilling! Watching our community come together and rally for their people is what we do this for! 🫶
Here’s to the coaches that are setting up- doing demos- making sure the shots work so there won’t be penalties for their athletes. Mildly amusing as well 💁🏻‍♀️🤣🤣🤣

Shout out to Rhonda & Anastasia for crushing the yoke for the first time! I think this was the first engine class for both of them! 🚂💪🏼
Every Thursday we have a 1 hour Hyrox class. We work for the entire hour. There is typically a lot of running and machines. We also use sleds, odd objects like sandbags, and take advantage of the stairs in the bleachers for conditioning. It can be intimidating when you first see the workout. Just like any other class- you are in the drivers seat. You control the pace and the intensity.
If you’re looking to improve your endurance, running, or prepare for fitness races- this is the class! 🙌 Join us!

We are now offering AMR (active metabolic tests or VO2 Max testing) to our athletes and community!
It is a graded exercise assessment that measures your body’s oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide production while you work out. It determines your caloric burn, energy source (fat vs. carbs) at different intensities, and precise heart-rate training zones.
It measures your caloric needs. It takes the guesswork out of smart watches and nutrition calculators (which can be off by as much as 30%). Learn how to fuel your body properly!
It calculates your VO2 max- which is a primary indicator of cardiovascular health and longevity. If we want to live longer and have a better quality life- this score matters!
