Some of you have been wondering about the 2 horses we took to the Equine Affaire, Inc. (Official) Jasper and Stihl. Here is a Stihl update (now named Maverick) he has taken to his new career like a fish to water. To quote " He is fitting right in. I'm obsessed with him" thanks Buckeye Ridge Rescue & Retreat for giving him such a wonderful home!

On June 1st, these lovely ladies came for a visit.
While we typically do not teach lessons to people without their own horse, this was a special circumstance.

We donated a hour session for 2 people as a prize for the Reedsville Volunteer Fire Department's "Ladies Bash". It was important to us that we support them not only because they would be the responding department if we ever needed them but also our barn manager and her husband are members.

Betsy Ross was a great teacher and these ladies did a wonderful job learning about horses. Hailey June .
