Thank you parents and participants for taking interest in my Efficient Movement Basketball Training. I have been involved in all aspects of basketball for 17 years. I participated as a player in D2 NCAA basketball from 2006 to 2008. After college I went on to play Semi-Pro basketball for the Chico Rage in Chico California for a year. After playing Semi- Pro basketball I coached Junior College bask

etball in both the men’s and women’s divisions for 2 yrs. As a trainer I bring a skill set that can help players progress their individual basketball skills and help them to combine those skills with their outside training basketball goals. I have the knowledge and ability to hone skills in ball handling, efficient movement and shooting. I help players take these skills onto the court as more efficient athletes and team players. Along with these skills of training, I bring motivation, self improvement, energy and fun.

Winter is here, and our 7-week Saturday Training Block is the perfect opportunity for athletes to escape the cold, stay active, and level up their game between December and Feburary.

Efficient Movement is committed to building confidence, fundamentals, IQ, footwork, and a real love for basketball. Each Saturday session delivers focused reps, skill development, and competitive drills in a fun, supportive environment.
