Board of Directors Message
Dear Red Cliffs R***e and Pistol Association Members,
First off we want to thank everyone that came to the County Commissioners meeting. The support was awesome and very much appreciated.
The result is that the Commissioners verbally rescinded the lease termination letter and agreed to arrange a mediation meeting with the Red Cliffs Board and the SUPS Board so that we can come to an agreement on our contracts. We are confident that in the near future a permanent resolution will be reached.
This will be a public meeting, so when we know the time and place, we can notify all of you. All will be welcome to attend.
During the meeting today, John and Tami announced that they are resigning as the President and Vice-President of Red Cliffs. Dorian Bundy will be the interim-President, until the elections are held later this year.
We are so grateful for all of John and Tami’s work over the years and look forward to seeing them at the range and in the community.
Until we have the final agreement, we will hold off on renewals until that comes through. That being said, we will honor memberships that have recently expired during this period, if you bring your expired card in. We will be operating as normal going forward. Please come and use the range and continue supporting the shooting sports in Southern Utah.
We are closing the range Sept 11th to hold a board meeting for all that want to attend. It will be on the main range to have room for everyone.
