May is Mental Health Awareness Month. But we are not here to talk about what’s “wrong.”

We’re here to talk about what’s available.

We believe the strongest thing you can do is know where to go when you need backup. You don’t have to be in crisis to use these resources. You just have to be ready to take care of your six. That is mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Here are a couple great local options right here in our backyard:

🔹 The Vet Center on Church Street — Combat vets, MST survivors, and family members: this is your no-BS, no-red-tape zone. Individual and group counseling, readjustment support, and a team that actually gets it.
🔹 C2 Counseling in Five Points — A solid local option with therapists who specialize in trauma, PTSI, and veteran-specific care. Sometimes the best fight is the one where you sit down and talk it out.
