🌷 INTRODUCING: BELAYA GIRLS SOCIAL CLUB 🌷
Something new is blooming at Belaya Form. 🤍
I’ve always wanted this studio to be about more than Pilates. Movement is one piece of wellness— but so are our faith, friendships, emotional well-being, community, and the way we care for ourselves as whole women.
“I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” — John 10:10 🤍
That verse beautifully encompasses the heart behind Belaya Girls Social Club - a completely FREE to join community extension of Belaya Form Pilates & Women’s Wellness Studio.
This one is especially personal to me. I grew up as one of five girls, all within 7 years of each other. We were all teenagers at the same time—which, as you can imagine, was equal parts chaos and the absolute best. 😂🤍 There was always someone to talk to, get bubble tea with, shop with, laugh with, cry with, borrow clothes from, or simply be around.
Now that we’re grown and living our own lives in different geographical places, I’ve realized just how special that built-in sisterhood was. (Thank God we’re all still super close 🥺🙏🏼)
And in a way, Belaya Girls is me becoming the person - and creating the kind of space - I’ve needed for the last nine years, since getting married and moving 100 miles away from my built in besties.
Pilates has already brought so many incredible women into my life and helped form friendships I’ve spent years praying for. I want to keep building on that and create something in our area where women can find genuine friendship, connection, encouragement, and a little bit of that “house full of sisters” feeling. 🤍
Think book clubs, coffee dates, faith-filled conversations, wellness gatherings, workshops, girls’ nights, services projects, & opportunities to simply do life together. 🌷☕️📖
And we’re kicking it off with our very first Belaya Girls Book Club, reading Faith Through the Feminine by Alycia Hammer Seventh Watch Women! (There’s a copy on the studio coffee table if you’d like to browse it)
There is no cost to participate and no studio membership required - just purchase your own copy of the book and come join us. 🤍
But first, I need your help!
What day + time would you MOST likely attend? Drop it below! ⬇️ (think meeting once or twice a month)
Morning coffee + book club? ☕️
Weekday evening? 🌙
Friday morning? 🌷
Sunday afternoon? 📖
My hope is for Belaya Girls Social Club to become a place where women can connect, grow, learn, deepen their faith, care for their WHOLE selves, and build the kind of friendships that make life feel a little fuller.
Pilates may have brought us together, but there’s so much more to wellness - and life —than what happens on the reformer. 🤍🌷
Maybe this becomes the feminine sisterhood someone else has been praying for too. 🌱
