Hi, Zippers! 👋

We wanted to share a quick walkthrough to help clear up some confusion we’ve seen this season regarding our electronic waiver forms for zip line tours.

Our eWaivers make it easy to get everyone ready for their adventure! They can be completed from anywhere, at any time before your scheduled tour.

For participants under 18: A waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, we cannot accept waivers signed by grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, coaches, teachers, or family friends unless they are the child’s legal guardian.

This policy is required by our insurance provider and safety standards and applies to all participants, without exception.

Our staff is required to follow these policies and cannot make exceptions. We are also unable to accept verbal permission over the phone or handwritten notes as consent. If a parent or legal guardian is not present, no worries! We can email or text the eWaiver directly to them so it can be completed electronically before the tour begins.

We’re always happy to help find a solution whenever possible, and our goal is to get everyone on the course safely. We simply ask that our guides and office staff are treated with the same kindness and respect they strive to show every guest. They are following required policies and do not have the authority to make exceptions. Disrespectful and aggressive behavior toward our office staff will not change these policies.

Hi, Zippers! 👋

We’ve had some slight confusion about our waiver policy this season, so we wanted to share a quick reminder to help make check-in as smooth as possible!

All participants under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian ONLY. Unfortunately, waivers cannot be signed by grandparents, aunts, uncles, family friends, or any other adult who is not the participant’s legal guardian.

Because our waiver is a legal document, it must be completed by the person who has legal guardianship of the minor in the event of an emergency or other unforeseen circumstances.

The good news? If someone other than a parent or legal guardian is bringing your child to their tour, it’s an easy fix! Our electronic waiver can be texted or emailed to the parent or legal guardian, who can review and sign it from anywhere before your tour—no need to be on-site.
