400 GROUP SESSIONS!

Congratulations on this HUGE milestone at the 8Well Studio.

Fun fact before our 6am Compound Strength Classes became our most popular class on our schedule, Jodi was the first and only person to attend those classes, she is the real OG!

Jodi is a staple in our 6am classes, now consistently coming for almost 4 years! And throughout that time she has seen serious results from medical all the way to physical!

She is truly a wonderful women to coach and to have part of our community, she is hard working, positive, and motivating towards others!

We are very proud of you, thank you for all the support throughout these years.
