Weekend recap from Selinsgrove Speedway:
The team ran the Attack of The Clones, one of the biggest races in PA. Being our second race, we are trying to test the waters and float around to races to see where we stack up and it hasn’t been terrible!
Brandon qualified about 35th out of 50 in the clone 380 which was the biggest class of the day. He went out for the LCQ and qualified 10th and from 2nd place to 10th was only tenths off. Stacked class so he didn’t end up making the show.
Kyle qualified 22nd out of 25. Went out for the LCQ with 9 total taking the top 4 and qualified 2nd putting him in the show for clone 425. Ran half the race running around 15th out of 20 and decided to pull off and save the equipment since the kart didn’t get any better as the race went on.
Lincoln ran his first race ever in juicebox and finished about 5th out of 10 and had a blast! They don’t keep track of finishing positions but he had fun and learned! Overall it was a long day but we will try to find out where we are racing next and let everyone know!
