While we love helping horses recover from injuries, many of the horses that come through Cooper Ridge are healthy performance horses looking to:

The Aquatic Treadmill isn’t just walking through water.

The water provides resistance to help build strength, encourages increased range of motion, promotes core engagement, and helps reduce concussion on joints and soft tissues.

Every horse is different, which is why we adjust water levels and workouts based on each horse’s individual goals.

✨ TWO WEEKS. THAT’S IT. ✨

One thing we hear often is, “Well, my horse is already fit.”

Good. That’s exactly why these photos are so impressive.

This incredible mare came to us already in work, already legged up, and already running. Yet after just two weeks on our MVP Package, the difference in her topline, hind-end muscling, and overall body condition is hard to ignore.

The goal isn’t always to take a horse from out of shape to fit. Sometimes it’s about taking an athlete that’s already performing and helping them feel, recover, and perform even better.

Every horse that comes through our doors receives a program tailored to their individual needs, whether that’s conditioning, recovery between shows, building strength, or maintaining peak performance throughout the season.

Results like these don’t happen by accident. They happen through consistency, proper conditioning, recovery, and a program designed specifically for the horse standing in front of us.
