Houston Gymnastics Academy HGA, established in January 1984, boasts engaging recreational and competitive gymnastics, tumbling and trampoline, and cheerleading programs.

Houston Gymnastics Academy, established in 1984, is Houston's premier gymnastics facility. We offer non-competitive and competitive gymnastics, recreational classes, tumbling and trampoline classes, all-star cheerleading, toddler and preschool classes, as well as day camps. In addition, we offer adult classes for the young and the young at heart. Stop by to learn more about our elite coaching staff, small class sizes, private lessons and our state-of-the-art facility.
