Welcome to Compound Gym, located inside the inner loop in Houston, Texas.

We’re a 5,500 sq ft warehouse training facility built for serious lifters — fully A/C’d, open 24/7/365, and packed with equipment you won’t find anywhere else in the city.

Our powerlifting section runs Eleiko combo racks, competition platforms, and over 5,000 lbs of calibrated plates. The bodybuilding side has 30+ hand-picked machines, dumbbells up to 150lbs, dedicated leg and upper body sections, and complimentary infrared saunas.

There’s even a private posing room, open 24/7, with lighting that makes every session look like a shoot.
