🏀 Lady Tiger Shot Club Shoutout! 🐯

Three Houston Lady Tiger Basketball players put in some serious work this summer for the Lady Tiger Shot Club Challenge!

🔥 Senior Gracyn McNiell and Sophomore Isabella Cook each completed 10,000 shots, while 8th grader Myles Copley knocked out 5,000 shots between Memorial Day and Labor Day!

Coach Lee shared a message of pride and encouragement:
“Every day that you make the choice to put in extra work, you will always improve. I am proud to say that these ladies are always willing to dedicate their time to challenges that better themselves. Great work, ladies! I hope you are as proud of yourself as I am.”

👏 Way to go, Lady Tigers! Your dedication shows!

Houston Lady Tigers Basketball 🐯🏀 is competing Monday and Tuesday in the Branson Tournament. The Lady Tigers went 2-2 on the opening day with victories over Mansfield (41-19) and Sheridan (30-17) and the JV Lady Tigers earned a 22-20 win against Collinsville.

HHS junior Gracyn McNiell represents Houston Lady Tigers Basketball 🐯🏀 on the 2024-25 MBCA Coaches Class 3 Girls All-District team.

MBCA All-District is voted on by member coaches within the district. All-District is not an all-district tournament team; it reflects the entire regular season. The top 10 players from each district receive All-District honors (no first or second teams or honorable mention). Congratulations!

Two Lady Tigers 🐯🏀 were named to the 2024-25 All-SCA Girls Basketball Team. Senior 𝙇𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 was selected to the second team and junior 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙮𝙣 𝙈𝙘𝙉𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙡 was honorable mention. Congratulations!
