We are happy to announce, the Missouri grappling academy is coming to the gym.

Our 2nd location in Houston will have its first class this Monday jan 9th at 5:30 for kids and 6:30 for the adults. We are located at Jacked Up Fitness right off of hwy 63. Come see what Jiujitsu can do for you.

Hello everyone

The pipes are frozen at the gym and we are work to fix the problem. We were able to get some of the water running but the showers are still down. Thank you for your patients

Sorry for the inconvenience for anyone that tried to get into the gym this morning and couldn’t, due to the finger print machine being down. It has been fix and is ready for use.
