Comment “WORST” for the list of worst fat sources to have when trying to lose fat.

When it comes to fat loss, certain fat sources are superior due to their fatty acid profile, satiety response, micronutrient density, processing level and last but not least satiety per calorie!

Although ranked, the fats in this video are superior to most others. Even the worst fats on this list are better than the best on the “WORST” list.

Bench Press Grip Widths (KNOW THE DIFFERENCE!) 💥

Wide Grip – more chest involvement, but also a higher risk of shoulder irritation. Too wide can lead to injury at higher weights.

Medium Grip (about a 60–70° elbow tuck) – best balance for overall chest pressing

Close Grip – places no re emphasis to the triceps

Have you heard the 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀?⁣

The story goes like this:⁣

Two men set out to build a house.⁣

One built his house on solid rock. The other built his house on sand.⁣

At first, everything looked fine.⁣

The house on the sand actually went up faster. It required less digging, less preparation, and less work upfront.⁣

But then the storms came.⁣

The rain fell.⁣
The winds blew.⁣
The floods rose.⁣

The house built on the rock stood firm.⁣
The house built on the sand came crashing down.⁣

Jesus said the wise builder is the person who hears His words and puts them into practice.⁣

The foolish builder hears the same truth but chooses the easier path.⁣

The truth is most people approach their health and fitness like the foolish builder.⁣

They look for shortcuts.⁣

Crash diets.⁣

Detoxes.⁣

Fat burners.⁣

Weight loss pills/injections.⁣

Excessive cardio.⁣

Anything that promises results 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 building a foundation.⁣

They want the house without the work required to support it.⁣

So they lose the weight...⁣
Only for everything to come crashing down months later.⁣

The people who keep the weight off 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 aren’t usually the most motivated.⁣

They’re the ones who built their foundation on rock.⁣

They learn how to eat right.⁣

They learn how to strength train.⁣

They build sustainable habits.⁣

They create systems that can withstand life’s storms.⁣

Because when stress comes...⁣

When work gets busy...⁣

When motivation fades...⁣

Your foundation is what determines whether you stand or fall.⁣

Build your body the same way you would build a house.⁣

Start with the foundation.⁣
