We’re stepping into Phase 5—the second phase of our 3-part series aka the BUILD phase 💪🔥
The goal here? Increase your squat load, level up your pulling strength, and boost that explosive power in your jumps ⚡️
You’ll see structured squat progressions, heavier rows, and more pull variations programmed throughout the phase—this is where we start getting STRONG strong 💥
We’re also adding in contrast work (think heavy squats straight into box jumps 👀) plus faster interval conditioning to really push your power and performance!
Stay intentional with your lifts, trust your progress, and don’t be afraid to challenge yourself—we’re building something big here 🔥
