THIS WASN’T JUST AN EVENT. IT WAS THE BEGINNING OF A NEW TRADITION. ❤️

As I entered another solar return, I wanted to bring a different kind of creativity and fun to fitness while creating space for movement, laughter, connection, and real conversations.

This was also my way of giving back. I made it a private event because I wanted to celebrate the people who have genuinely poured into me, invested in me, supported me, or simply taken the time to hold space for me through a conversation or a thoughtful gesture. No act of love has gone unnoticed.

We all encounter different things in life, so this experience was about coming together, being present, having fun, and leaving a little fuller than we came.

I’ll be honest, it was stressful creating because the vision in my head was so much bigger. But seeing everyone together and enjoying the moment made it worth it.

This is what love looks like to me. ❤️

My mom who is my rock. My two nanny’s who I’m still blessed to have by me. My two bonus sisters that life gave me. My biological sister who is my rider no matter.🥹

Every woman in these pictures holds a different place in my heart, but somehow all of that love came together for ME.

Flights were taken. Long drives were made. Time was given. Plans were rearranged to make sure this was one of the best birthdays I’ve ever had!

That’s why the first picture means so much to me. All of us coming together to make one big heart feels like the perfect representation of this entire week.

I’m learning that one of the greatest gifts in life isn’t something you can buy. It’s being surrounded by people who make the effort to be there. People who don’t just say they love you, they show you.

This week, I felt it.

I felt loved. I felt celebrated. I felt surrounded.

To the women who have loved me, helped shape me, watched me grow, and continue to show up for me, I love you more than these pictures could ever explain.

This kind of love is priceless. ❤️ Thank you!!!! I miss you all already!

I truly tried my best to create something beautiful where everyone could come together, feel welcomed, have fun, move, laugh, connect, and just enjoy the moment.

Seeing everyone there meant more to me than you know. I hope everyone felt loved, appreciated, and left feeling well in their mind, body, and spirit.

Thank you for showing up and allowing me to pour into you in my own little way. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed creating it for you. 🥹🤍

A special thank you to my family. If you’ve ever wondered where my heart comes from, this is it. This love is rooted in me. It’s how I was raised, how I love, and how I choose to show up for others.

Always lead with love. When love is genuinely rooted in who you are, you don’t have to explain or prove your heart. The love you give will speak for you, find its way back to you, and remind you exactly who you are. 🤎

I’m learning that one of the hardest parts of elevating your life is the pivot. The season where you’re changing, things are changing, people are changing, and you’re being challenged to focus less on what hasn’t worked and more on what you KNOW you’re capable of. ❤️

At some point, you have to stop explaining who you’re becoming and just become her.

Choose you. Trust you. And let the growth speak for itself.
