For most of our babies it’s officially summer and if you’re like me having the little ones home can be a headache when all they want to do is EAT! We know how tough it can be to keep them out of the pantry and fridge so we have a Little tip.
Keep the house stocked with plenty of fruits, veggies and WATER! Make sure its accessible for them to grab and go! This truly does eliminate the parental guilt associated with your kids eating junk all day and it also provides them a healthy source of energy.
Remember, they can only eat what we provide them so if you’re only offering chicken nuggets and french fries that’s what they’ll want! It might be an adjustment and if they deny that option, take a page from the book in our house, either you eat what’s given or you don’t eat it all. 🤷🏽♀️
And if you don’t have growing little ones, this tip works for adults as well. Swap out the junk drawer at work with your favorite fruits and veggies.
