WHEN NOTHING IS WORKING FOR YOU...
I was fired from my first two law firms.

Technically laid off first firm. FIRED second firm.

Then I tried tax law. Quit after 2 weeks, 4 days.

Impasse.

FREAK OUT.

I SUCK AS A LAWYER.

What do I do with this law degree?

What do I want to do with my freaking life?

I'm going to blog about it.

If only I could make money with these blogs.

One day I stopped blogging about fitness and such.

Started blogging about DWI in Houston.

MONEY.

Easy money.

That was the pivot.

It went like this.

I'm the worst lawyer in Houston.

I'm a mediocre online marketing expert.

I am the best lawyer / online marketing expert in Houston.

One day I found my pond.

A few months later I paid off my student loans.
