I remember working out every single day. Stressed tf out. I remembering looking in the mirror like damn I look good but my face looked so malnourished as if I wasn’t eating enough. My weight dropped down to 135.
I was like woahhhh something is super wrong. All my life I weighed over 155. Even as an athlete. I was honestly just stressed, and over working so I wasn’t eating anything. Just Gym, and work.
Looking at myself now. I know the weight came from eating, as well as happiness. You have to prioritize both. I know alot of us workout to not go insane but we also have to fix the things that are going wrong outside of the gym. If not, you’ll be a walking, strong skeleton lol. ✨Thanks
