Sarah’s yoga journey began 20 years ago as mobility and strength training for figure skating.

After years of practicing on and off, she established a consistent practice that changed her life and discovered a spiritual path rooted in self-compassion and connection.

Passionate about joyful 🎠🌀 movement at every size and ability, Sarah strives to create an inclusive space where students can move, breathe & have some fun!

Also a writer, Sarah loves to incorporate vivid imagery in her classes that take students on an unexpected journey 🎠

Chasity’s journey began at 12 when yoga was integrated into her training as a professional ballet dancer 🩰

As a certified teacher of yoga, mindfulness meditation, a somatic sound bath facilitator & Level III Reiki Master, Chasity weaves together the physical, energetic & spirital layers of wellbeing.
