Big-time win for Chillicothe Friday night, taking down Wheelersburg 26–18—the Division V state runner-up from last season!

These guys have been putting in work at IronVault and utilizing our recovery services. It was great hearing them talk about how fresh their legs felt and that cramping wasn’t an issue late in the game.

That’s exactly why the work and recovery matter. Congratulations, Cavaliers! Keep rolling! 💪🏈

Had some big-time D1 athletes in IronVault tonight doing the un-fun things it takes to get better. There are a lot of D1 offers represented in these pictures!

It was also great getting together with DJRS and seeing his passion for helping athletes reach the next level.

🏆 FREE ATHLETE PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS 🏆

Do you know where your athlete truly stands?

IronVault Performance is offering FREE athlete evaluations using objective performance data. Each athlete will be evaluated and receive feedback from our professional coaches to help identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Athletes will be tested in:

-Speed
-Mobility
-Broad Jump
-Vertical Jump

Evaluations will take approximately one hour, depending on attendance.

Open to:
