On a GLP-1 in 2026 (Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, etc.)?
The goal isn’t just to watch the scale drop.
The goal is to lose fat, keep muscle, and feel strong.
Two simple rules I use with GLP-1 clients:
1️⃣ Lift 2x/week.
Steps are great, but strength training is what protects your muscle, joints, and metabolism while the medication helps your appetite.
2️⃣ Set a protein floor.
Make sure every meal you do eat has a real protein source. Not perfect tracking—just consistent protein.
You don’t need punishment workouts or a detox.
You need a strength and nutrition plan that respects the medication and your body.
