🏐 90-minute Volleyball Skill Labs

Our Volleyball Labs are designed to give athletes high-quality training in small groups, allowing coaches to focus on details that improve performance and confidence.

📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ 6:00 – 7:30 PM
⏰ 7:30 – 9:00 PM

Each 90-minute session focuses on a specific volleyball skill such as:
• Serve Receive
• Reading the Server
• Communication
• Decision Making
• Pressure Response
• Position-Specific Training

Athletes will work with Evolution coaches and positional instructors in a structured training environment that builds fundamentals, volleyball IQ, and competitive confidence.

Brian Rosen, Head Coach at Creighton University and a long-time volleyball coach in the Carolinas, will be back in Charlotte this summer to host his College Coach Camp. This camp sells out every year, and this summer’s lineup of college coaches is already shaping up to be the best yet!
