Some great scores so far from the Troy Associations Doubles and Singles event currently being held at the Barbecue. Diane Heer started of her Wednesday doubles set with a 300 game. Congratulations Diane! Honorable mention to Jeremy Yando for his 298 and Ted Hill Jr on his 296.

Today wrapped up our last Sweeper for this season. Some bowlers were on fire from the start and had good momentum throughout the day. Colin King led the field after 4 games with an impressive 1005 , Sam Boyer 994, Al Brock 986, Josh Sweet 956, Mitch Andrew 951 - $120, Joey Herrington 945- $110, Matt Gaghich 940- $95, and a tie for 8th place between Josh Magisano and Matt Longtin 938- splitting $85.
The first round of the stepladder was Colin King 233 defeating Josh Sweet 194 ($150) and Sam Boyer 272 defeating AL Brock 265 ($150). In the finals Sam Boyer 206 ($450 slpit between pro shop credit and scholarship) defeated Colin King 198 ($250). Great bowling today!

A big thanks to all who partipated and those that continually come and support these events. A special thanks to Tom & Melissa Mongeon, Preston Oakes, and Dave Rice for making things run very smooth and helping me pull off these tournaments time after time. I hope to see everyone again in the fall.

We are holding our final "Sweeper" for this season this coming Saturday April 25th at 1:30pm. Same format- 4 games of qualifying, stepladder finals, $40 entry fee, ball raffles, and 50/50.
