Emily Frost is not only a Tamarac Alumni but she’s a 2x Fargo All-American, 5x UWW All-American, Senior All-American, College National Qualifier. 🔥 BIG TIME WEEKEND FOR BENGAL WRESTLING 🔥

Congratulations to our Fargo-bound duo!

🥈 Freshman Blake Patrick battled through a stacked bracket and placed 2nd BOTH days- an incredible showing against top competition.

🥉 Sophomore Scott Bailey put together a strong, steady performance and earned 3rd place on back-to-back days, continuing to build and improve against tough competition.

These performances punched their tickets to Fargo, North Dakota 🇺🇸 for Nationals and we couldn’t be more proud!

A huge THANK YOU to their teammates who continue to push them every day, their families and friends for the constant support, and the entire Tamarac community for showing up, even in the offseason. It does not go unnoticed.

This is what hard work, grit, and commitment look like.
Let’s keep building. Let’s keep climbing.

We are SO proud of you! CONGRATS!

Make it FIVE straight years that 𝑬𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒕 has secured All-American honors at the USAW Women's National Championships!!

The owner of previous top-8 finishes of 6th (U17), 4th (U20), 4th (U20), and 5th (U20) from 2022-2025; the Tamarac alumnus just locked up her first AA distinction on the Under-23 level when she survived a scare, but emerged with a 14-7 decision in the 59kg blood round over 2x Collegiate National Qualifier/2024 NCWWC BR, 𝐉𝐚𝐳𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚!!!

The match showing signs of being an easy day at the office for the Hawkeye student-athlete [Frost] at the initial stages; she'd establish a 9-0 cushion in the first 2:00 of the bout as she tallied two takedowns, a caution +1, and two turns via leg-lace with 1:19 to go in the opening stanza...

To the credit of the current Western New England junior [Molina], she'd rally in the last 40 ticks before the break, inducing a stepout before adding a TD and turn to cut her deficit to a manageable 9-5!!!

Sensing the urgency of the matter; Frost halted some of the momentum when she utilized a 2-on-1 to get behind and drag her opponent to the mat approximately half-a-minute into the 2nd period to increase the margin to 11-5...

A power-double by Molina as the clock dipped below 1:00 remaining in regulation made it an 11-7 affair...

In the closing :15, Frost side-stepped a desperation headlock attempt for a counter TD; and then was awarded an extra point when the Molina corner tried to challenge that the sequence should have been ruled as a slip!!

Going 3-1 overall on Saturday; Frost's loan blemish occurred in the quarterfinals when she was defeated by McKendree's 2x Collegiate All-American/Former (2019) U17 World Team Member/2x Pan-American age-group gold medalist, 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐳𝐤𝐨𝐭𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐢!

Nate is currently in Greece with Mrs. Bishop & Mrs. Satalino, taking part in one of our school’s travel abroad experiences; getting an unforgettable, real-world history lesson while exploring architecture, culture, and cuisine firsthand. What an experience!

When he’s not putting in work on the mat, Nate is tearing it up on the track 🏁
At The Wick 338, he earned:
🥇 1st Place – Schoolboy C
🥈 2nd Place – 250 C
…and he’s been finishing 1st in his season races so far.

He’s been riding since age 4 and racing since 11. After competing in off-road events since 2021, he’s now focused on motocross with big goals ahead - including qualifying for the Loretta Lynn’s Nationals.

Hard work. Dedication. In the classroom, around the world, and in competition.

We are so grateful for everyone who showed up, stepped up, and supported today’s tournament. We are so grateful for our .🐾 ❤️

Today meant more than we can put into words. ❤️

Thank you to every wrestler, parent, coach, ref, and volunteer who showed up and made the 1st Annual Jeff Pasinello Freestyle/Greco Tournament such an incredible kickoff. It truly warmed our hearts to see so many families and athletes come together from near and far to honor Jeff- not just as a coach, but as a devoted dad to our Tamarac Jr. Bengals.

We are beyond grateful for all of the food and monetary donations. Because of you, we’re excited to begin something meaningful; a scholarship in Jeff’s memory that will continue to impact our student-athletes for years to come.

This was bigger than a tournament … it was community, love, and legacy all in one.

We are so excited to see everyone tomorrow for some great wrestling!

Thank you for registering for our 1st Annual Jeff Pasinello Freestyle/Greco Wrestling Tournament! We’re looking forward to a great day. Here are the important details for Sunday:

Schedule:
• Doors Open: 8:00 AM
• Rules Clinic: 8:30 AM
• Wrestling Begins: 9:00 AM SHARP
All age groups will start at the same time.

Weigh-Ins:
• Weights must be emailed by your club coach to Joe Uccellini ([email protected]) by 9:00 AM Saturday (3/21)
• In-person weigh-ins will be held Saturday from 9:00–11:00 AM at:
2739 6th Ave, Troy, NY 12180

Brackets:
Brackets will be posted Saturday evening (on usabracketing). We’ll send out a message once they’re live. Please check to make sure your wrestler is in the correct division and weight class.

Concessions:
We’ll have a variety of food and drinks available. Come hungry! All proceeds support the Jeff Pasinello Scholarship Fund.
