Element Training Complex – Holt, FL

Are you passionate about fi****ms, safety, and the shooting community? Looking for a solid weekend-only gig at Northwest Florida’s premier outdoor range and training facility?

Position: Weekend Range Assistant (Part-Time)
Schedule: Weekends only

Responsibilities
-Assist customers with check-in and explain range rules
-Enforce safety protocols at all times
-Clean and maintain range areas
-Restock targets, gear, and supplies
-Provide basic range support and excellent customer service

Requirements
-Strong understanding of firearm safety (NRA certification a plus)
-Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
-Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with the ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
-Must be 18+ (21+ preferred depending on duties)
-Prior fi****ms or range experience preferred, but we will train the right person
