IronWorks is a 10,000 sq foot training center that specializes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, etc. We also have a full fitness center with weights, treadmills, ellipticals, Jacob’s ladder, etc. We also host the 3 River Throwdown MMA events at Onalaska Omni Center twice a year
