Treating every sleep apnea patient to the same "statistical average" doesn't work — and it usually means more follow-up visits and slower results.

With pharyngometry, dentists can treat patients closer to their final treatment position from the start, cutting down on post-op appointments and getting to final testing faster.

The result? More efficient sleep dentistry that's more profitable and far less stressful to run.

Want to treat smarter, not harder? Comment SLEEP and we'll send you the details 💤

Sleep apnea is more than just snoring—it can be life-threatening.

Dr. John Carollo shares how incorporating Dental Sleep Medicine has transformed both his practice and his patients' lives. For patients who can't tolerate CPAP, oral appliance therapy offers an effective alternative that can improve sleep, health, and quality of life.

As dentists, we have the opportunity to identify the signs, collaborate with sleep physicians, and make a lasting impact.

Dental school teaches you the clinical skills but skips the conversation about what untreated sleep apnea does to your patients long term. It's linked to heart disease, stroke, and cognitive decline, and dentists are in the best position to catch it early. Free in-office DSM training, we come to you.

Do you understand how OAT is reimbursed?

Dental sleep medicine billing is different than dental insurance billing - a custom titratable oral appliance is typically billed to medical insurance under E0486.

In many covered cases, reimbursement can land around $1,800-$2,900 per appliance. But the opportunity only becomes real when the claim is built correctly. That means a physician diagnosis with AHI, documented CPAP intolerance, and clear medical necessity.

This is also why implementation matters more than theory. Your team doesn’t need to guess their way through the backend. Your sleep champion needs a workflow. You need a team that will help you learn the process and implement the process.

We have the course to teach you the flow, and the partners that will help you bill so you get paid.

If you're ready to get paid for sleep, message our team. Learn about the courses and the solutions we offer.

If you’re curious about dental sleep medicine but not ready to jump into a seminar, that doesn’t mean you have to stay stuck in “maybe later.”

Start with the lowest-friction step.

Our free recorded webinars walk you through the fundamentals, what the clinical workflow actually looks like, how the pharyngometer fits into case selection and patient conversations, and how the support pieces work together once you decide to move forward.

In other words, you get a clear picture of the opportunity before you commit time, travel, or money.

We built these for dentists who want practical answers, not more theory.

Watch one, see how the pieces fit, and decide whether this is the right next move for your practice.

If you need CE and are interested in learning one of the most profitable pieces of dentistry, then you should join us in Grand Rapids on Sept 25-26. I’ll show you how I think about sleep pathology chairside, how to use Eccovision pharyngometer screening in a practical way, how to approach appliance selection, bite, and titration, and how the diagnosis-and-billing workflow supports the whole process.

This 2-Day Seminar is designed to help you leave with more than notes.

I want you to leave knowing what to screen, what to say, what to document, and what your next step looks like back in the office. You’ll earn 16 AGD PACE CE credits, but more importantly, you’ll leave with a framework you can actually use.
