We’re excited to announce our updated weekly schedule with MORE classes added at Gulfside Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! 🔥

Starting 06/01, we’re expanding our evening program to give our students more opportunities to train, improve, and get on the mats throughout the week.

Whether you’re brand new to Jiu-Jitsu or already experienced, we have classes available for both kids and adults.

What a seminar.

Nate taught an incredibly detailed breakdown of the low single, focusing on what we like to call the “advanced basics”: the small details that make fundamentals work at a high level.

A couple weeks ago we were bouncing around ideas for the seminar, talking about building a low-risk, high-reward takedown chain that works around the guard pull without getting stuck in grip fighting. Nate absolutely delivered.

He’s a staple of our room and a perfect example of what we’re building here at Gulfside.
