Tomorrow, Sept 8th is the last day to register for this event!
Ladies — we’re doing a Self-Defense Class on September 12!

I want to be clear about something: a two-hour self-defense class isn’t going to magically prepare you for every bad situation you could ever encounter. That’s not what I want to sell you.

What we CAN do in two hours is give you some practical techniques, get you thinking more about awareness, let you actually practice using your body, and hopefully send you home feeling more confident in yourself and what you’re capable of. We will also get to learn some fun strikes, kicks and elbows!

No experience needed. No certain fitness level required. And you do NOT have to be a member of The Den. This is for women and girls ages 14+ — members AND non-members.
Saturday, September 12 | 1–3pm
$20/person The Den – New Port Richey
