We would like to give a HUGE shout out to the American Legion Post 47 Chester L. Briggs for sponsoring our first Annual County Fishing derby to be held on June 27th,28th.
The members of the American Legion promote the welfare of Veterans through social , patriotic, education and recreational activities in and around our communities.
We cannot express the gratitude we have for this group and our veterans. Always looking out for our community. Ty so much from us here at Seiders for your generous donation.

RULES ……for The County Fishing Derby.
1.)Fishing start times are sun up to 5 pm on both June 27th/28th
2.) weigh ins are to be held at Seiders Variety and Sporting Goods located at 53 Calais rd, Hodgdon .
on Sat June 27 from 2 to 5 pm.
3.) Then again on Sunday from 2-5pm. NO LATER than 5 pm on the nose. Any later will not be permitted.
4.) There is to be NO FORWARD FACING SONARS allowed in derby
5.) All other lake rules and state laws must be followed.
6.)If you have a boat entering in derby you may be approached for inspection before entering lake. (Nickerson/Drews)
7.)prizes will be handed out after derby on Sunday June 28th

9.) This is a kill derby.
