Another solid weekend of racing for us here at Route 66 Raceway . After some rule adjustments to the class after the 4-wides at Z-Max, we were able to pick back up right where we left off. Setting a new PB of 7.70, we were able to turn on 2 win lights and continue to go rounds with another semi-final appearance this weekend at the Route 66 Nationals. Currently sitting 2nd in points as were a 1/3 of the way through the NHRA Factory Stock Showdown season. Great start to the season but there’s a lot of racing left, and we’ve got a lot of work to do to reach our goals, next stop at Thunder Valley Bristol Dragstrip in a few short weeks!

It’s race day here at Route 66 Raceway ! We were able to turn on a round 1 win light last night so that means we’re racing on Sunday! We will face off against our Ray Barton Racing Engines teammate Libersher Racing in round 2 this morning. Time to get to work and turn on some win lights!

It’s a shame I don’t love driving this race car in NHRA Factory Stock Showdown . 😂 I’m far from perfect as a driver, still have work to do, but getting better. Blessed and grateful to be doing this, indeed. Nothing better than turning on those win lights for family, friends, supporters at home, and our partners on track. Can’t wait to hoist the Wally with you all. Thank you to all who help make this happen…you know who you are. 👊👍😎

We want to congratulate our very own engine builder and tuner David Barton of Ray Barton Racing Engines for taking home the win in Stock from this past weekend at zMAX DRAGWAY ! David does a great job behind the wheel staying focused while still helping tune multiple cars and helping all of his RBRE customers. Great job David and congratulations!

Another great weekend of racing for our team here at zMAX DRAGWAY . We were able to turn on 3 win lights including a double holeshot win in round 2 to get us back to the final quad for the second year in a row. Unfortunately we came up just short to our good friend Jonathan Allegrucci in the finals taking home a 3rd place finish. Proud of our team for the perseverance showed this weekend. Fighting through multiple issues with the car in qualifying and into eliminations everyone pitched in to give us the best car possible for race day. One step closer and we’re looking forward to the next stop in Chicago in just two short weeks!
