MGP is very excited to welcome Jonas Demant to the coaching staff! He will be providing coaching to golfers of all ages and abilities beginning in late September. Learn more about this German stud below 👇

Jonas developed a passion for golf at an early age and has dedicated his career to both competing at the highest levels while also helping others improve. Originally from Hamburg, Germany, he competed in some of Europes premier amateur events. His achievements include winning the Northern German Championship, capturing the German National Team Championship, representing the DC German Junior National Team, and competing in elite tournaments such as the British Boys Championship at Royal Portrush.

Driven by his competitive spirit and love for the game, Jonas continued his golf career at the University of South Carolina Beaufort while earning a degree in Business. During his collegiate career, he competed in 3 National Championships and earned All-Conference honors at the Conference Championship establishing himself as one of the programs top performers.

After graduating, Jonas turned professional and competed overseas against the world’s best on various professional golf tours around Europe. After playing professionally, he decided to take his passion for golf, and helping others, and turn that into a career of coaching and player development here in the USA. He currently resides in Beaufort and is now a proud staff member of Mastery Golf Performance.

Jonas enjoys working with golfers of all ages and abilities, combining his competitive experience with a personalized approach to help every player build confidence while improving their game!

The importance of having the right game plan is crucial! We say it a lot..

This was from one of our New Student Assessments where the golfer came in struggling with ball control as well as ball striking 👇

If you have the right coach, they’ll be able to find the root cause that’s effecting a number of areas. The most important piece is keeping it simple while making a singular change upfront to help a number of other areas long term. That’s what we do at MGP 💪
