Coach Julia here with EXCITING NEWS!!! I am back with Rising Star Gymnastics and can now offer group lessons AND private lessons AT THE GYM!!!!! I will still be doing at home lessons, but now I can offer lessons at the gym as well!! Private lessons are for one kid at a time through me, group lessons you will need to call them directly and ask for one of my classes!! Soon they will be moving into an even BIGGER GYM!!! AAHHHH!!! IM EXCITED, ARE YOU?!?! 🤩

One of my newer lessons just started learning a front walkover and is doing absolutely fabulous!! Here are the steps I take to teach them how to do a front walk over PROPERLY!!!!
It is very important to teach them the right way from the beginning so they don’t develop bad habits they later have to break. However, I will take teaching each mistake one by one to not overwhelm them.
