Studio temporarily closed. Guess that old wive's tale about seven years bad luck for breaking a mirror is true...While playing tennis with Matt, I ruptured my achilles. Had surgery this morning to reconnect the tendon. Hoping this is my last surgery EVER!!

Happy New Year! My fingers may not totally bend but are definitely on the mend and the studio is open. Masks required. Resolve to get stronger and stretchier this year!
