High-fives, peak "dad strength," and unforgettable memories! 👋👨‍👧‍👦

The first-ever Dad-lympics is officially in the books, and wow—what a day! 🏆🔥

From epic relay races to some serious playground bragging rights on the kickball field, our Impact dads brought the absolute highest energy. We always knew our martial arts families were special, but seeing everyone come together for some friendly competition outside the studio was the perfect way to celebrate Father's Day weekend.

Just a heads-up for our martial arts family! Impact Taekwondo will be closed for our summer break starting next week, from Monday, June 29th, through Sunday, July 5th for the Fourth of July holiday.

Make sure to get your training sessions in this week! We will be running our completely normal class schedule all the way through Saturday, June 27th, so let's hit the mats with high energy before the break. 💪🥋

Classes will officially resume their regular hours on Monday, July 6th.

Enjoy the extra time with your families, stay safe, and keep active!

Today, we are taking a moment off the training mats to celebrate the incredible fathers, grandfathers, and father figures in our martial arts family!

In Taekwondo, we talk a lot about strength, discipline, and perseverance—but the truth is, our students learn those traits from you every single day. Thank you for being the ultimate support system, the loudest cheerleaders on graduation day, and the ones who inspire our students to keep pushing forward.

Whether you're holding targets at home, driving to late-night classes, or tying belts with pride, your impact is unmatched.

Let’s represent Impact at the Rocky Mountain State Games! 🥋🔥
Calling all Impact Taekwondo students! Registration is officially open for Colorado's largest multi-sport festival, and our Taekwondo athletes are getting ready to shine.
Whether you love Sparring, Traditional Forms, Creative Weapons, or want to test your speed in the Spinning Hook Kick challenge, this is your chance to challenge yourself, show your skills, and make memories with your team!
🗓️ When: Saturday, July 25th
📍 Where: Sand Creek High School (Colorado Springs)
⏰ Early Bird Deadline: Save on registration fees if you sign up by Monday, June 22nd!
📣 Not competing? Be our ultimate support squad! 🙌

It’s time to put those classic playground bragging rights to the test at our upcoming Dad-lympics! We’re setting aside the mats for a day of ultimate field day competitions, epic relay races, and a high-stakes kickball game.

Whether your dad has peak "dad strength," flawless grill-master reflexes, or just an elite sense of humor, this is his time to shine.
