Helena Masters Wrestling Club

Helena Masters Wrestling Club H.M.W.C. is a wrestling club for all adults 19 and older. Mature high school wrestlers are welcome with prior approval.

Our focus is Freestyle, Greco Roman and Folkstyle wrestling. Workouts are open mat format, not formal practices.
