New Trainer Spotlight : Meet Kira!
I became a trainer for many reasons, but the main one is because I love helping people!
Fitness plays a large role in my personal life, and is how I manage my Multiple Sclerosis along with wholesome foods.
I just want to help people move, feel their best, and be confident in their strength and ability to do everyday tasks and beyond.

Take a breath as your weights go down, and blow bubbles engaging your core and you press the weights up.
And if you don’t have bubbles, don’t worry.
Neither do 10 out of 10 people.
Just remember - in breath down, out breath up!

The Hive has been buzzing with excitement, and we’re so excited to launch Aerial Conditioning Classes starting next week at The Training Den in Helena!

When:
Tuesday & Thursday
6:30–7:30 PM

Both classes are the same full body workout, so no worries if you can’t make both! Come to whichever works for you!

This was NOT easy.
With good communication and trust, we did the thing!
Not only do you need to trust your partner but you also need to trust yourself and your body.
Building a capable body that you trust comes with time and consistency.
That’s what we do here, build capable bodies.
What a joy it is to have a body that can do hard things and to help others in creating that for themselves.

Trust in your partner.

Building trust in all of these arenas takes time.
That time is 💯% worthwhile and golden.
And the best part, all of it naturally comes with this work we do ✨

Do want the taste of fall all year long then this recipe is for you.

1/2 cup of almond butter
1/2 cup of oats
1/3 cup of protein powder (truvani pumpkin spice)
1/3 cup of flax meal
1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
3 tbsp of chia
Cinnamon to taste
A handful of chocolate chips

Combine roll into balls then stick in the fridge...

I'm always looking for quick snacks or things that are grab and go because it helps simplify my busy life.

Shelf stable trail mix is easy. All you have to do is pick a few things you like and throw them together.

I chose

1 cup unsalted cashews
1 cup of raw pistachios
1 cup of raw sunflower seeds
1 cup of dried cherries
1/2 cup mini no dairy chocolate chips

It can sit at your desk or office as well as home for whenever you want to have a handful...
