We’re officially in the build phase.

If you can get more than 10 reps on the big lifts, it’s time to add weight.

Remember, we’re not training to be exhausted.

This week at PWR UP, we’ve got some great weight lifting stations programmed. We’re on week 5 of our strength cycle! Time for a bit heavier weights and lower reps.

We’ve also got a challenging Friday Full Body (you’re going to want to bring your Notebook!)
Plus we have PWR Kick twice a week, Yoga twice a week AND plenty of quick cardio options!

🧘🏼‍♀️ Sundays at PWR UP definitely look a little different. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is slow down.

We spend so much time pushing, producing, rushing, lifting, working, and taking care of everyone else.

For almost hour on Sunday mornings, we practice something different. Breathing, Stretching, Being present.

There’s no competition. There’s no pressure. There’s no expectations. Just reconnection.

While most people were sleeping in, these peeps were outside flipping tires, hanging from bars, slamming medicine balls, jumping rope, and doing things they never thought they could or would do a few years ago.

Strong bodies.
