🧘 Yoga, BodyBalance and Bootcamp: limited capacity, check the MyY App or Fitness Schedule
🚴 Cycling, MoveStrong and Women on Weights: not impacted, business as usual

All classes are back to normal September 1.

🏠✨ Homeschool Families, This One’s for You! 🤸‍♂️🥋
Looking for a fun way to get your kids moving, learning, and making friends during the school year? Come check out our Homeschool Ninja Group at the R.C. Durr YMCA in Burlington, KY! 🥷

Designed for kids ages 3–12, this group gives kids the chance to explore a variety of exciting skills, including:
🤸 Gymnastics
🥷 Parkour
🥋 Karate
🔥 Tricking & movement skills

And it’s more than just getting some energy out! This program can help support your child’s PE requirements, build coordination, confidence, strength, and body awareness, while giving them a chance to make new friends and have fun.

Parents get something out of it too! ❤️ It’s a great opportunity to meet other homeschool families, connect, share ideas, and build a community together.

💦 INDOOR POOL UPDATE: WE’RE REOPENING! 💦

Thank you for your patience as our team has worked through the recent heating issues with our indoor pool. We’re excited to begin welcoming you back Tuesday, August 18!

Tuesday, August 18
🏊 Indoor Pool opens at 5 a.m.

Lap Swim — reservations are available through our reservation system
Independent Water Workout
10 a.m. Water Fitness will be held OUTSIDE
Evening Swim Lessons will be held at the Outdoor Pool

☀️ Outdoor Pool opens at 11 a.m. as normal.

Wednesday, August 19 – Saturday, August 22
The Indoor Pool will operate on its normal schedule, including:

Lap Swim
Independent Water Workout
Water Fitness

☀️ The Outdoor Pool will open at 11 a.m. as normal.

🏊 All Swim Lessons will continue to be held at the Outdoor Pool.

Sunday, August 23 – Monday, September 7
🔧 ANNUAL INDOOR POOL SHUTDOWN

During our annual shutdown, all aquatic programming will move outdoors. Additional reminders and schedule information will be coming soon!

A Note About Water Temperature
While we will be within the required operational temperature range when we reopen at 5 a.m. Tuesday, the water may still feel cooler than our ideal temperature as we continue working to bring it back up.

We truly appreciate your patience, flexibility and understanding while our team worked through this unexpected repair. We’re happy to welcome you back to the indoor pool! 💙

🏊 POOL UPDATE | AUGUST 15–17 🏊

Here’s the latest scoop on our pools as we head into the weekend!

🔧 INDOOR POOL UPDATE
We received the new motor, and it was successfully installed today! Unfortunately, we’ve discovered a bad wire somewhere in the system that is preventing us from restarting the boiler. Our team is working to track down the issue, but for now, the indoor pool will remain closed until further notice.

In the meantime, here’s what you can expect at the Outdoor Pool:

☀️ SATURDAY, AUGUST 15
🏊 7:00 a.m. – Lap Pool opens for Lap Swim ONLY
🏊‍♀️ 9:00 a.m. – Swim Lessons begin as scheduled
💦 11:00 a.m. – Splash Pool opens and the outdoor pool will operate as normal

☀️ SUNDAY, AUGUST 16
💦 The Outdoor Pool will open and operate on its normal Sunday schedule.

☀️ MONDAY, AUGUST 17
🏕️ Outdoor Pool opens for Camp
💪 10:00 a.m. – Shallow Water Fitness at the Outdoor Pool, just like Thursday and Friday
💦 11:00 a.m. – Outdoor Pool opens for members

We know the indoor pool closure has required some flexibility, and we truly appreciate everyone rolling with the changes while we work through these repairs. We’ll continue to share updates as soon as we have them.
