We’ve had several people asking about one-on-one training, and we’re so excited to announce that Cyerra Mann will now be offering personal training sessions right here at The Bar!
Cyerra is NASM Certified and also offers nutrition coaching, so whether you’re looking for guidance in the gym, help with nutrition, or BOTH she’s got you covered!
Also for anyone who prefers a little more privacy, Cyerra will also have access to The Bar Studio for anyone who may feel gym intimidation, but still wants personal training.
We are SO excited she has offered to bring this service to our gym family!

August is SMA Awareness Month, and this year’s shirt means more to us than words can express.

This year, we want to bring awareness not only to our sweet Adi, but also to another precious little girl in our community who is courageously fighting the very same battle. Our hope is to shine a light on SMA, share their stories, and help more people understand this disease and the incredible strength of the children and families who face it every day.

Our shirt says it best:

“We Lift For Those Who Can’t.”

At The Bar, lifting has always been about more than weights. It’s about using the strength we’ve been given to stand beside those who need us most.

Every shirt helps spread awareness and starts conversations that matter. Together, let’s make this our biggest SMA Awareness Month yet!

We’re excited to get back on the mat with everyone! We will definitely have a 2:30 PM class, and if we have enough interest, we’ll open up a second class at 3:30 PM.

This weekend marked the very first tournament for South Georgia Flames Wrestling, and what an unforgettable experience it was.

To say we're proud would be an understatement. Every single one of our wrestlers stepped onto the mat with heart, determination, and grit. But what made us even prouder was the way they carried themselves off the mat. They represented South Georgia Flames with respect, sportsmanship, and class every step of the way.

I'll be honest we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into when we arrived and realized there were wrestlers from over 30 different states competing. It was a little overwhelming at first, but our kids never backed down. They rose to the challenge, gave it everything they had, and showed that they belong.

A huge congratulations to Gabriel Harrell on earning All-American honors with an incredible 4th-place finish in his age group and weight class! What an amazing accomplishment and one we're all so proud of.

This is just the beginning for South Georgia Flames Wrestling. We learned, we grew, and we left inspired for what's ahead. Thank you to our coaches, families, supporters, and everyone who believes in these young athletes. The future is bright, and we can't wait to see where this journey takes us.

Today marks a huge milestone for the South Georgia Flames Wrestling Club as some of our wrestlers head to the Backyard Brawl to compete in our very first tournament as a club!

We couldn’t be more excited or more proud of these young men and their coaches. They’ve put in the hard work, stayed dedicated, and now it’s time to see that effort pay off on the mat.
