Mack Training Academy Martial Arts Academy. Jiu Jitsu & Muay Thai Classes For Kids and Adults. Because I focus on self defense, some striking is blended in.

Jiu Jitsu is a martial art mainly focused on grappling to control, pin, and submit your opponent in the safest and most efficient manner possible. It uses leverage, timing, and technique to allow individuals to defend themselves from larger, stronger, and faster people. I am also a World Thai Boxing Association certified instructor in Muay Thai.
