We had a great cardio and strength session this morning! The humidity decided to join in too. 😂🥵

Howdy everyone! 🤠

With the change of season, I am adjusting the studio schedule. The studio will only be open during personal training sessions and group sessions.
With this adjustment, I will be able focus on my clients and host more sessions and events more frequently.

Finally, if you have been interested in starting your summer off with health and wellness, message me! I have some availability for new clients.

Closed through Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

Freedom is never free. We are blessed to have a fun filled weekend to kick off summer, but only because of the honorable sacrifices that have been made.
